Edwin Brown - CDA Endowment Fund

The Canadian Dermatology Association was designated as beneficiary of $320,000 from the estate of Mr Edwin Alan Brown, a resident of Niagara-on-the Lake, who died in 1987.  Mr Brown’s wishes for his bequest to CDA was that it be “used in research directed to investigating and finding a cure for skin diseases”.

CDA transferred the funds to the Canadian Dermatology Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to raising funds for dermatological research.  In 2003 CDF established the Edwin Brown – CDA Endowment Fund.
