Member
A dermatologist who has received either certification in dermatology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada; a diploma in dermatology from the American Board of Dermatology; or certification in dermatology accepted by the College of the province, territory or state in which he/she practises.
This level of membership includes many benefits:
- A complimentary subscription to the Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery
- A complimentary subscription to the CDA Bulletin
- An annual membership and corporate directory
- Reduced registration fee for the CDA Annual Conference
- Complimentary educational materials for patients
- Voting rights at the Annual General Meeting and in the election of officers and directors for CDA
- Exclusive access to Members Only content on the CDA website, and
- A professional profile listed on the CDA website (if desired).
Annual dues: $325 Membership Application Form |
Life Member
A CDA member in good standing who has either been a member for at least 30 years or has attained the age of 65 years; and works in any dermatologic capacity, e.g. medical practice, research, administration fewer than 400 hours per year.
This level of membership includes:
- A complimentary subscription to the CDA Bulletin
- Reduced registration fee for the CDA Annual Conference
- An annual membership and corporate directory
- Complimentary educational materials for patients
- Voting rights at the Annual General Meeting and in the election of officers and directors for the CDA
- Exclusive access to Members Only content on the CDA website
- A professional profile listed on the CDA website (if desired), and
- A reduced subscription rate to the Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery (if desired).

International Member (New)
Each international member shall be a physician who is a qualified and practicing dermatologist in any country other than Canada and the United States.
This level of membership includes:
- A complimentary subscription to the Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery
- A complimentary subscription to the CDA Bulletin
- An annual membership and corporate directory
- Reduced registration fee for the CDA Annual Conference, however attendance at the Annual General Meeting is precluded,
- Exclusive access to Members Only content on the CDA website, and
- A professional profile listed on the CDA website (if desired).

Associate Member
A person who is interested in some aspect of dermatology and who can, in the determination of the board, contribute helpful knowledge to the association.
This level of membership includes:
- A complimentary subscription to the Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery
- A complimentary subscription to the CDA Bulletin
- Reduced registration fee for the CDA Annual Conference, however attendance at the Annual General Meeting is precluded.
- Exclusive access to Members Only content on the CDA website, and
- A professional profile listed on the CDA website (if desired)

Honorary Member
A physician or scientist of preeminence who has contributed directly to the CDA.
This level of membership includes:
- A complimentary subscription to the CDA Bulletin
- Reduced registration fee for the CDA Annual Conference, however attendance at the Annual General Meeting is precluded.
- Exclusive access to Members Only content on the CDA website

Corresponding Member
A dermatologist of distinction as determined by the board.
This level of membership includes:
- A complimentary subscription to the CDA Bulletin
- Reduced registration fee for the CDA Annual Conference, however attendance at the Annual General Meeting is precluded.
- Exclusive access to Members Only content on the CDA website

Resident Member
Each Resident member shall be a resident in a dermatology training program in Canada or a Canadian resident in a recognized dermatology training program in another country.
This level of membership includes:
- A complimentary subscription to subscription to the Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery
- A complimentary subscription to the CDA Bulletin
- Reduced registration fee for the CDA Annual Conference, these members may attend the Annual General Meeting but cannot vote.
- Exclusive access to Members Only content on the CDA website, and
- Exclusive access to the CDA-RFS website.
